Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our through our shop and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, JCB and Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And HandlingUK postage packing has a flat rate of £2.50, whatever you buy. Parcels are delivered first class via royal mail. Europe is £5 per order and USA/Rest of the World is £10 per order. When items are in stock, we aim to send them out within 7 days. We will let you know in the unlikely event that there will be a delay on your order, offering either to keep the order on back order or cancel it.

Delivery Schedule When an item is in stock we will despatch it within five business days. In the UK delivery will normally take no more than ten business days. International orders may take longer contact us on +44 (0)1642 790000 if you require more details.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns and exchanges We hope that you are happy with your order. However, if you are not satisfied with a product please notify us within seven days and return the goods in their original condition to Poppy Ltd , 44 High Street, Yarm, North Yorkshire TS15 9AE. Items will be fully refunded or exchanged. Post and packaging costs are non-refundable. In the unlikely event of the goods being faulty we will cover the cost of postage.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
